Masterlink is a dyslexia friendly employer. We want to encourage, nurture and support all our people to achieve their full potential.

Here are some of the ways we are taking a dyslexia-friendly approach:

• Our staff are being trained to identify dyslexia and support apprentices with dyslexia
• Our recruitment and induction processes cater for applicants with dyslexia
• Our promotional materials reflect that we welcome applications from people with dyslexia
• Our host employers are given information on how best to engage with staff who are dyslexic to ensure they get the best performance
• Our apprentices are given information about available technology to support adults with dyslexia.
